Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Gunsmith for a lever action Winchester Model 94

I have a Winchester model 94 in 30-30.  It is in need of some smith work.  When I throw the lever, the hammer will not lock back.  It really has not been shot much.  It was a gift from my Dad.  So I am not giving it up.  It needs to be fixed.

If you are on the west side of the metro....
Palmer Raysor he can be reached at 952-446-1435 between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm Monday thru Friday.  
He is located out at 4110 County Road 92, St. Bonifacius, MN. You have to go into the alley and enter the basement.
He is not much for small talk, but his work is excellent.
