I lived up in Duluth for year during 2010. I participated in the tall ship festival and it was pretty cool. Wasn't so bad when I lived 5 blocks away and could take the lake walk to Canal Park.

My buddy went to it last weekend and he said it was packed. They got lucky and got in ahead of most of the crowd.
