Driving from Texas to Minnesota end of the month. Does Minnesota have any restriction over large rifle magazines?

Only restriction is no loaded longarms may be transported on roads/highways.

Your mags are fine. You can keep them loaded. Just not loaded and inserted into the rifle.

PTC/conceal carry arms are excempt. But carrying of loaded longarms is verboten on highways.

Well, the law reads we CAN, but the DNR and BCA disagree. Its a grey area.

Always ready for somebody to be a test case

(In short, unload/case your long arms in a vehicle, even with PTC. For now.)
