TEAM TACTICS
When: May 14, 2016 0800hrs.
Where: Our home based facilities in Princeton, MN
Note: Next session is June 4. If attendance is good at both of these sessions, then we will continue to do them monthly until the snow pushes us out of the range. It is also recommended that people attend the first session in May, this way you will a foundation that we will be honing upon for session 2 and future sessions. Last year we had a great turn out, and were able to get 6 sessions done before winter. We recommend you attend as many as you can, as each session builds upon the previous ones. If you only do session-1, then show up for session-6, you will be somewhat lost, and will also slow the group down, so please show up for as many sessions as you can to get the most out of what we are accomplishing.
Cost: $200 (Must preregister with our office, as there will be no walk in registration).
We will be conducting several Team Tactics range days that are 1-day in length. "Small Elements working in unison can overcome incredible odds" will be the focus of this training. Teamwork will focus on 2-man, 3-man, 4-man, and larger elements. Teams will be tasked with learning to work in a coordinated effort. Teams will be given the tactics and skills to learn to work as one. This training will hit the ground running at a moderate pace, then increase its intensity from there. Each session will build upon the skills from the previous one, so it is recommended that people plan on attending as many as possible. The tactics will have a theme of having to work in unison should you find yourself in a hostile environment like a terrorism, home defense, riots, SHTF, invasion, etc.
Prerequisites: This is not a beginners course for weapon handling skills, so you should be an accomplished and competent weapons handler. This training is based on solid and safe weapons handling, and it must be adhered to at all times, as you will be working in close quarters with others, you will be shooting while moving, and at times in or around vehicles & barriers. The prerequisites are very simple, if you are planning on using any particular firearm, then you must have taken one of our level-1 courses within the last 24-months on that weapon discipline, this means that if you are planning on using a carbine or battle rifle then you must have taken our Carbine-1 or Tactical Carbine-1 course within the last 24-months, if you are planning on using a handgun then you must have taken our Handgun-1 or Tactical Handgun-1 course within the last 24-months, and if you are planning on using a precision rifle then you must have taken our Precision Rifle-1 course within the last 24-months.
