Bullpup Shoot 2015 is scheduled for Sept. 19th, 2015 at The Site Training in Mt. Carroll, IL.  from 9am to 5pm

Entry is free, bring your family, kids welcome too, and you can even bring your own gun to shoot!

This year should be a blast and we have all sorts of cool services on site- Black Rhino Concealment will be there with their trailer and will be able to take molds of your pistols to make holsters for you, Precision Ear will be able to take molds to make you custom hearing protection, Zulu Nylon will be there to show off their custom designed tactical gear, St. George Arms will have their .50 caliber bullpup for people to try out, and much more!

Food will be available on site provided by the Black Bear Lodge (I have personally tried their food and it is good home style cooking!).

We recommend you bring hearing and eye protection for you and any family members, and cash if you want to try out some of the demo guns or buy goods from the Vendors.

...and just as a reminder, this event is FREE, totally underwritten by us so that you don't have to pay a dime to check all the cool stuff out!  

Just to be clear ammo for demo guns is not free, but sold basically at cost ($10 for 1-2 mags through the gun).  

Otherwise there is no entrance fee to get in- that is the "free because we underwrite it" part- we pay for the facility, tents, etc, etc.   All you have to do is show up!

Just so you all know:


CCW is OK at Bullpup Shoot.

Longarms can be slung, muzzle down, unloaded, with a chamber flag in the action and carried around. We have done it in the past and it has worked out fine.




We want shooters to feel welcome and these rules have worked well in the past for safety so we will continue this way.

20 Vendors in the Vendor area - everything from bullpups to AR's to AK's to tactical gear and even custom holsters and custom ear pro made right while you waited.


We Like Shooting podcast crew doing a segment on the new Manticore Arms  Transformer Rail.  Check out that cool holster on Aaron's hip.

Krebs Custom brought out their full auto PKM for people to try out


Paul from Gearhead shows off some new products including a folding charging handle for the Tavor, a 300 blackout conversion for the Tavor, and a muzzle device for the KSG shotgun


Krebs also brough out a pile of SMGs including a full auto Scorpion Evo and its baby brother a VZ61 Scorpion.


Ken at K&M Arms shows off his new 308 bullpup.  Media also got a chance to shoot it, and videos should be up soon.

Jard showed up with an interesting tool room prototype of a 9mm Glock mag fed bullpup carbine


Black Rhino Concealment was making custom Kydex holstesr for a lot of CCW guns right on site


Instruction on how to fire full autos for first timers with the good old M4 carbine


Even the younger crowd got to try out demo guns.  This kid handled the AUG like a pro!


Last but not least the full auto X95 Micro tavor was in attendance and had 3,000+ rounds through it that day without a hiccup! Most popular gun on the line.
