I'm going to a wedding in St Paul and was curious if anyone knew whether the sites have no gun signs. The ceremony is at Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel and the reception is at Summit Manor. Thanks a bunch.

Not sure about Summit Manor, but all of Fort Snelling (cemetery, historical site, etc.) is posted.

Yep.  Was there for a wedding at the chapel last summer.  There are no metal detectors or anything, but the chapel is posted.

I am not familiar with the different areas around Ft. Snelling but anything that is run by the federal government has their own regulations. In national parks/forests (and I think national monuments too) carrying in compliance with state laws is alright except for inside buildings. I don't know if the chapel is federal or not.
