Theres a place on the North side of Hwy 10 just outside of Ramsey. Haven't been there in years though. Also a scrap place on 47 in Anoka just past the Railroad tracks and South of the fairgrounds.

I used to go to Alter in Saint Paul, now I go to NRI in Hugo ( better prices and not as busy).

Back when I used to bring it in myself I would go to Midway in St. Cloud.
Now I have North Country Recycling pick it up. I save all my clippings, and aluminum turnings the rest of the turnings gets tossed. |

There is a place off 52 & concord which would be close to you.
I think it's Western recycling |
