I dropped my app in the mail back in March and am still waiting. They cashed the check right away but I haven't heard a thing since. According to the application the turnaround is supposed to be 60 days which will be up within a week for me. Getting impatient.

I'm in St. Paul so I used the SPPD chief as the CLEO. Like hoelscherlj said, use the city chief if you have a PD in your city, otherwise use the county sheriff.
