Anyone get a C&R license recently? I dropped my app in the mail back in March and am still waiting. They cashed the check right away but I haven't heard a thing since. According to the application the turnaround is supposed to be 60 days which will be up within a week for me. Getting impatient.

Do yourself a favor, forget about it. That way when it shows up two months from now you will be suprised.
Mine took almost five months. I did screw my paperwork up though...

My last renewal was about a year ago and it took almost 4 months.

Looks like I'll be better off just putting it out of my mind and forgetting about it for a while. Not in a big hurry to spend money anyway I guess. Hopefully I'll have a nice surprise in the mailbox waiting for me in the next month or so.

If you have city police then use the chief. If not, use the sheriff.

I'm in St. Paul so I used the SPPD chief as the CLEO.
Like hoelscherlj said, use the city chief if you have a PD in your city, otherwise use the county sheriff.
Just got mine in the mail a couple of days ago. About 2 1/2 months wait time.

I just got my renewal in the mail on Friday, went out in the mail with the copy to the Sheriff today. It expires in September.

Guess they timed it right if there's a 2+ month wait
