You're about 50 short... Lemme see if I can pull up the PDF and tell where it's left off.

That is a HUGE list.  I had no idea they lost that much!!

Thanks for posting the list, hopefully someone will run across one and they can get their guns back.

There are actually a few missing pieces from that list.

Notably an all nickel plated 1897 Winchester shotgun…

In fact I believe there are a few shotguns that didn’t make the list from what I remember seeing in the case back in November.

My understanding is that not all of the guns on display were stolen. The list above reflects what Mankato PD is tracking as the ones stolen.

It would be quite difficult to launder that many guns.
The fact that they stole so many is going to make it tough to get rid of 'em.
Right now they're probably just sitting on them; wondering what to do.
Well, that is unless it was the Canadian's softening our defenses and supplying thier gorillas here, before the impending invasion.

OMG WhAt  a country we live in.  I have to admit though every time I attend a gunshow at the Mankato Armory I'm amazed they boldly displayed all those nice firearms so close to the building entry(in the lobby).  Those display cases were hardly Fort Knox.   Still, wheres the respect by these thieving creeps? The town I grew up in (St.James) 35 miles from Mankato has become a cesspool of folks from a country to the South.  Lots of crime there too. Sad days

the fate of this collection is sad indeed... I really think it was some jokers that thought they were stealing street weapons and not collector pieces. Chances are that even a mid level crew is not going to have the right contacts to sell these as anything other than a "bunch of outdated guns"

They should check the area lakes and such after the thaw to get recover them before they are totaly destroyed...

Wow, never heard about this.  I went to college in Mankato in the 90's and moved away in 2002 or 2003.  I'd assume it'd be very, very hard to sell even 5 stolen guns, let alone that many.
