I was laid off effective 8/31, and am looking for work in IT.



I have experience in helpdesk / desktop support, server and application administration, Active Directory, VMware, and project management. I am not a developer / programmer (though, based on the number of job openings out there, I'm strongly considering learning).



If there's anyone in the Louisville area with an opening that would be a good match, or if you know of anyone with an opening, I would be extremely grateful for the lead.

Thanks for that link -- I'd looked at (and applied for some) jobs down there, but hadn't seen that site before.

Yes, have applied for multiple positions. No response of any kind so far.



 

Willing to move to somewhere else in the state?

It would have to make economic sense but, yes, given the right set of circumstances I would consider it.
