The limited quantities you would sell might not justify the hassle on your end (after all, unlike some people on ARFCOM I realize there has to be a profitable sizable market if you're going to make a product), but have you ever considered offering the Charlie in other colors? I tried to have BlackDove cerakote my Charlie in white but I was stopped when I discovered I wouldn't easily remove the 900 lumen electronics for the baking process.

Again, just a thought.....

I'm sure you probably did, but just curious, did you consider the non-bake version? Ricco uses it all the time on electronics and optics.

Yes, excellent idea, but it's my understanding that non-bake isn't nearly as tough as the bake-on.  Yes, both can be damaged, but given that I rarely drop the flashlight I'd hypothesize that I could keep the baked-on looking somewhat decent for the long-tern. I'd think the non-bake would get beat-up pretty quick.     That's just supposition but it seems consistent with the anecdotal evidence I've seen online.
