I just renewed my CCDW online. A fairly painless process and it turns out one of my minions at work has a project going with the company that built the website.

I read the FAQs and it was not clear to me if my permit would be mailed or if I had to pick it up. Do you all know?
Also I was charged $50, $40 plus the $10 convenience fee. Do I still owe the sheriff $20 or is that only a $20 fee to take my picture?

You still owe $20 to the Sheriff. It will be mailed to their office. you will pay that fee when you pick it up.
