My impression is that it is not very nice.    It is not a traditional residential area.   It is a typical inner city housing complex.   To me, it is less than an appealing place.    There are many old houses in Louisville.   Some are rather quaint.   That area is not like that.

Please understand, these are just my first hand impressions having casually driven through the area a few times every few months.

The wife and I ordered Papa John's last night.

Our regular driver told us that a fellow driver had been shot and killed at 7th and crackhouse, that same night.

Can anyone confirm this?

My post was meant as sarcasm. I am very familiar with the 12th and Hill neighborhood. There is nothing good about it. I have heard that no business will make deliveries there.
