I have to say your SBR is looking real sharp!

You still happy with the DD MFR? I'm wanting to replace a DD Lite on my reece with an MFR and the only thing holding me back (other then being broke! ) is I wish DD made it a little more narrow (OD wise)

Thanks airgunner.  I really do really like the MFR....except how hot it gets when I rapid fire.  Last big run was 7 25rd magazines full of 762x39 as fast as I could go.  I needed baseball gloves then by around magazine 5.  At one point I could feel the heat coming off the gas block each time I shot.

I did pick up a new 762x39 barrel on the EE recently and it is about to go to ADCO for chopping to 10.5" and threading to 5/8-24, and also a .700 contour behind the gas block.  They did the barrel pictured in this one, and it shaved 4oz off the weight of the barrel.  Since my suppressor is pending 2 months, I'm gonna see if my C3 will scare up the FH that comes with it so I can have something on the end of the gun by time it arrives back from Ohio.

I need to take some pictures of the old barrel on the 604 upper I just picked up since that setup just broke through 3k rounds yesterday.

Only way I can afford to shoot.

I got the recipe off of hodgdon. Made sure the bullets were stable at a 10 yard target first.

I shot maybe 30 of them. Its only fun to show friends who expect it to be that quiet. Its kind of a pain to load them and I do not want to mess with my dillon settings, but it was cool

Ha thanks buddy. Hows the sun?

No I don't use a filler for subs. I got the recipe from.hodgdon website. I think 3gr of titegroup behind a 55gr bullet

Thanks Cav.

I don't have my suppressor for it yet.  95d pending on the YHM Ti 762.
It's not bad in terms of being loud, as the gun is already loud.  It does give you a significant amount of gas in your face though.  I will be shooting this upper the most since it's the cheapest one to feed.

Just very little until the suppressor's stamp shows.
