The 03's and 03/A3's have become very expensive these days- sporterized rifles are cheaper but that's probably not what your looking for.

if I ever decide to sell , I will let you know.
They are available on gunbroker usually

I find I shoot the '03 A3 better than the '03, but I wouldn't part with any of them.

Unfortunately, gunbroker will probably be your best place. Do your research, there is lots of repro stuff out there. Be careful to check and see if it is a recovered drill rifle, nothing wrong with shooting these, but it drastically reduces its value. Avoid anything except Springfield Armory {above serial number 800,000}, Rock Island {above 285,507}  or Remington. Above these numbers, the receivers are double heat treated and not as brittle as those below. The cast receivers like National Ordinance and Santa Fe are ticking time bombs, they are known to blow apart, avoid at all costs. Check the area behind the receiver tang, the stocks are prone to cracking if not relieved properly.

I bought this about 15 years ago at Cubetas. I didn't do any research, they had 3 or 4 of them in different conditions. This was the nicest. So I just grabbed it, had no real intention of buying anything that day.

Aftermarket/cast receiver typically assembled with a lot of USGI parts. NAT ORD refers to National Ordnance of El Monte, California.

I was at Cabela's today. They had 3 in the gun library, all priced around $1000, +/- 100. Two looked like standard 1903, the other was an 03A3.

Extending the rifle range distance in one section to 250yds.  Of course they have been planning this since right after Lee surrendered to Grant.
