Yes, just like any other C&R transferred from another C&R holder, other FFL. Let's stay away from transfers involving individuals....

Just wait until someone informs Mr. Murphy the Mouth about that "loophole" which will legally allow in that dreaded AR15 they thought they banned. Same goes for the pre-ban models. You've got to know that they will be apoplectic in his condemnation and spit blood. Should be interesting to watch.

AR-15s of C&R vintage are HIGHLY collectable, and bring a multi thousand dollar premium. It would be cool to buy one on my C&R, but don't know if I want to pay the freight!
