Just to clarify this form only applies to trusts and legal entities and is not required if filing individually correct?

It seems obvious but you know what they say about assuming...

Only need to send in a copy of the form 1 to the CLEO for notification and that's it right?

Before anyone gets uppidy I know .....(dupe forms, prints and photos go to ATF)

Yes, the "responsible person" stuff only applies to trusts.

One form goes to the CLEO, two go to ATF.

The PDF makes it easy. You type in the information once and it fills out all three copies for you. Then print it out and make sure you send the right copy of the form to the CLEO.

That's what I thought, thanks for the confirmation.

Also, there is no longer a certification/proof of citizenship form right?

It looks like that is addressed in the form 1 itself.

Right. No need to attach a separate 5330.20 / certification of compliance anymore.
