I was looking at the ones made by Rough Tough Spec Ops option. They are Kryptik Typhoon with MOLLE webbing.

There were a few out there, I looked a long time ago for haha's but was immediately turned off when I saw prices.

I have a buddy who has them in his 4 door jeep. Not sure on the brand but they feel very cheap and useless.

I have some of these in a couple of my Jeeps - they have held up for years of abuse of wet dogs, don't fade and are made out of some tough material. A bit pricey but they fit like they are factory OEM seats. I don't know if they make them for your application...
