And they thought going through CT courts was a better choice then federal. I guess the CT effect was weak with this judge.

Does the fact that millions and millions of AR-15's are used everyday for sporting purposes and not a single person is killed have any barring at all?!
This type of lawsuit is absurd. What's next? Can people seek compensation from all the major food companies for becoming obese? All the automobile companies because people drive recklessly? Apple, because people use a computer for hacking? P.S. FCM FDB FDM I'm bring another new shooter out this weekend to shoot my AR. I want everyone I know to shoot it and tell me why this particular gun is being singled out. |

When I bring a new shooter to the range I bring an AR of course and I bring some .30 caliber bolt action too. The Mosin M44 is my usual go to bolt action. We shoot both and afterwards we usually discuss the day. The new shooter always wonders why the AR is being singled out. |
