On behalf of a friend of my wife, who will soon be submitting her application for Permit to Carry there. My guess is that the Trooper will follow the law and procedure, just wondering if there is any reason to think otherwise?

Thanks.

Single, middle aged woman, longtime friend of my wife who wants to feel safe at home. I just found out about this, she has already done her training class.

We will do some shooting to help her find the right gun.
