I often see one or two Stag uppers at Center Sports in Columbia. I bet Newington Gun Exchange has them (I haven't been there since last year).
Screw PSA. There are plenty of places that will ship to CT. |

Thank you everyone for all the info. I can and have built several uppers, but not for someone else. I'm more comfortable going with someone else's quality upper.

If "your friend" is in CT and has a preban lower there is no requirement for preban upper. It's a free for all when the lower is preban.
