There is this from last year... Can Cannon classified as NFA-regulated There is the following from the manufacturers website: Can Cannon Acquitted by the BATF! New Can Cannon Design! Edit to add: An older thread (2014) from the CTHTF on this upper. http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_8_26/571933_May_be_of_use.html Not sure why it would be illegal since the lower would probably have to either be registered as an AW already or be a preban and the upper, if I understand it correctly, cannot actually fire a round rather it uses blanks. |
