JoJos may do it but I would suggest sending it out to a guy who does nothing but the M-14 platform.

Parker gunsmithing in Danbury? I haven't asked but he has an m14 / m1a on his business card. Seems like a nice guy that will tell you straight up if it's in his wheelhouse or if it's not.
