It would need some sort of 2 or 3 inch long muzzle brake or compensator or a 2 or 3 inch longer barrel to it to get it over the 30 inch over all length rule since its apparently only 28 inches in overall length (per this article). This assumes of course the charging handle is behind the pistol grip and there is no fore grip on the bullpup. And this also assumes the flash hider is removed.

This might just pass muster, but I doubt they would sell many before the state closed them down with an amendment to the law!  If we want to venture into fantasy land, I would prefer 2" more barrel to get the OAL to 30", rather then a longer muzzle break.  But if you were to pin on a muzzle break that allows for the mounting of a suppressor, you may just have something there.

Who knows how good a rifle it is, or if they would import a semi version, and then a CT legal version?  On top of that, the Polish imported firearms tend to very pricey, and it may be out of reach even if it passes all the other CT legal hurdles.

The bullpup will be sold as a kit not as a stock rifle, so the stock rifle would have to be purchased first and then assembled in the bullpup format by a shop here before it's sold. Also they won't be importing them until the Polish army chooses them, so end of year at the earliest they said. By the time they import them AND offer the bullpup kit I'm sure our laws will be worded differently for better or worse go figure.

I don't know.  A search of web images seem to show an AK style gas block just ahead of the pistol grip.  That means an op-rod/piston that extends over the pistol grip, and a CT no-go!

This would be easier.
