no pic, sorry, was to hungry to fuck around staging the pic, next time though took this as inspiration, and did my own thing http://themeateater.com/2015/recipe-meatloaf/ 1lb ground venison burger meat 2 eggs 1/4 cuppish oats 1/4 cuppish panko bread crumbs finely chopped onion, used about 1/4 of a large vadalia onion 4 cloves of garlic almost minced some spinach, think i used about half a bag of it 4oz? all destemmed 1/4 of a large red pepper finely chopped some milk salt pepper oregano cayenne pepper red pepper flakes brown sugar sugar pepper jack cheese caramelize the onions and garlic, cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes to taste, and 1 teaspoon of sugar, then throw in the freezer to cool um red pepper cooked to soften them up just a bit wilt the spinach a bit in the frying pan milk added to the oats and breadcrumbs, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 cup, and mix it up a bit mix the ground venison with the eggs, cooled onions and garlic, salt, pepper and oregano mix in the milk, oats, breadcrumb mixture in a buttered bread loaf pan, about half the mixture, should be about an inch, pressed into the pan, use your own judgement for firmness place spinach on top, leaving about 1/2in around the sides, peppers on top of spinach, then the cheese (used the presliced stuff) on top of that, how much ever you want to use spread the rest of the meat mixture on top of that, and press down around the edges i found using a spoon for both stages of spreading the meat worked well then on top of it all, i mixed some brown sugar and just enough water to spread it easily on top cook at 350 for upwards of an hour thought an hour would be too much as i used less ingredients then what the original recipe called for, but it was still very juicy came out great, and will deff make it again ARFCOM DINNER PIC RULES: 1. There must be meat. A vegetarian Dinner Pic is an abomination before the Lord. Venison
2. Pic must feature a long gun (with reload) and a handgun (with reload). Done and Done 3. Pic must feature a heavy-duty combat knife as silverware. #merica bayOnet 4. Pic must have alcohol. -1 if your alcohol is a beer still constrained by the bottle, instead of being poured into a stein. Chocolate Hooker in a Connecticut bar glass, and Knob Creek in a UConn Huskies glass 5. Not even getting into the beans/no beans in chili thing. Third rail. n/a 6. Side dishes are a must Errbody loves Pillsbury flaky buttery biscuits 7. Napkin required paper towel for the win 8. Proper plating required its on a cabelas plate, its proper as fuck 9. Household tool encouraged (stapler, hammer, drill, etc) estwing and dewalt baby +1 if you killed it yourself. you know i did
+1 for having your dog in the photo got the main bitch in the pic -1 if your alcohol is a beer in a bottle or can -1 for overcooked, undercooked -1 for bad presentation Etc etc etc -10 if anyone else cooks it for you. none of this shit applies^^^^
