The guy that was arrested with gun in car  &  Marijuana in mouth and hanging out with someone that just got out of jail which he surmised from the person's body language- not suitable

I spent 3 hours skimming through the links last night.

I have seen other BFPE hearings before.  For the most part they appear to be reasonably fair (not always, but mostly).

The Granby CoP isn't very gun friendly.
