How about starting a thread where the powder is?

I bought 2lbs of CFE223 at cabelas today.  Then are loaded out with IMR 4064 and 7828.

Good thread if anyone is willing to share. The wife got me a lee press set up for Christmas. I have cleaned brass, small primers and bullets are o'plenty but where's the powder. I can't seem to find any 9mm reloading powder :(. Anyone willing to share a spot would be much appreciated.

Anyone been to Hoffman's lately? I know they use to have TONS of powder a fee months back...I could use some too but for pistol I don't care for IMR, I have a partially used bottle of IMR800 if someone wants it (more then 3/4full)

Jolly Rogers in New Milford always has a decent stock of reloading supplies.

I use Unique and Bullseye, and H110 for my 44 but my old man left me enough of that stuff for a lifetime of reloading.  I need to find more Unique and Bullseye.

I was at cabelas last night.  They only had one pound of CFE223, but tons of 4064.  Hoffman's didn't have anything worth needing.

Hoffmans has 4064, benchrest and 8208xbr

Newington has 3lbs of varget.

Cabelas has 4064 and Win 748.

No pistol powder found.

I picked up Longshot at Cabelas a couple weekends ago. Hodgdon has load data for 45 ACP, so I figured it's worth a shot (no pun intended). Loaded up 20 rounds with 6.4gr of Longshot under a 230gr lead round nose. I'll be testing it out sometime this week. Hopefully it works well.

Other than that, rifle powder seems to be fairly common but pistol powder is still non-existent.

I stocked up on powder during the primer shortage.

I made a powder run today.  Calebas had nothing special or pistol powder.  Hoffmans has Winchester WST, H110 and Titewad.

Forgot to add Hoffmans has BL-C(2) as well.

Might want to take down that photo man. I don't trust this state. Guy in Fairfield last year for example.

Is this State law or Fairfield law that you have quoted?

Wonder how the define "any one place".  My garage is detached. So 50 pounds in the cellar and 50 in the garage?

IIRC the ATF states anything over 5 pounds needs to be stores in a 1" thick plywood container.

Thats CGS not Fairfield ordinaces unfortunately. http://www.cga.ct.gov/2011/pub/chap541.htm#Sec29-354.htm There are some other gems in there, like your gunpowder may be removed on only the whim of the fire marshal. The guy in Fairfield reported a burglary and when the cops showed up they took all his shit http://gunsnfreedom.com/ct-cops-seize-69-year-olds-274-legal-guns-and-charge-him-with-17-felonies/

Thanx...but I am trying to reload .300 AAC Blackout supersonic and all sources say Lil Gun and H110 are the two top of the line powders for .147 grain bullets.  Problem is that I can't find H110 either, except for the gougers who are charging double on Gunbroker.
