I like the tube, it spaces the brace to a great length for shouldering. The KAK can JUST fits inside the MI freefloat. JUST fits. Im lovin it so far, should be a flamethrower.

Ill probably do something with the sights down the road, but for now its just a fun gun. Im just happy to be done with my AR's for a little while. Its been a very busy year AR wise for me, Im excited to finish a 10/22 build that has been taking up space in my safe for 2 years, I have a shotgun that wants some work, and I'd like to move on to a .308 platform bolt action. Just had to finish the AR's, though. Of course, all those plans will change once the right priced pre-ban comes along.

The rail came in the mail today, and the lady is sick and home from work. I usually work on my guns while she's at work, but today I was so excited to finish it I started working on it while she was watching TV. When I finished it, I went to show off my work. She says:
Me: "All done! Check out this little badass."
Her: "What do you need another one of these for?"
Me: "See how this one is so short?"
Her: "Yeah"
Me: "I built this one for you."

hahahahaha I was dying inside but I kept a cool poker face. She cracked a smile, she tried not to, but it came out. I think she bought it. On to the next one.

The auction house included the receipt.  Delta shit their pants and made me an offer.  As you see, offer rejected.

They're pre-bans

Regardless of per/post status, one needs a permit to xfer a gun to himself/trust. And well a trust can't get a permit.

According to my trust attorney, prebans can be transfered to trusts with little effort.  One of his first recommendations after setting up the trust was to buy prebans.  Next transfer prebans to trust.  Followed by sell non prebans for prebans.

Got a new shotty off the EE here.  Great deal on a totally loaded and minty Benelli Supernova Tactical.  Mesa rail and shell holders, tritium sights, extended mag tube, forward sling swivel and small section of 1913 rail for a light although I have to figure out the switchology on it..  Just added a VTAC sling.  Nice shotgun.

New Eagle LVAC low vis armor carrier with IIIA soft armor.  Nice piece o' kit for when you want to wear armor say during a training session but you don't want plates.  You can just throw a chest rig over it.  Despite the color (I'm a multicam whore) you could wear it under a jacket discretely if you wanted to.

A skullophile.  This board really does have everything.

Was pretty bored today so I installed a few small parts here and there.  I run a KAC URX4 on my carbine so all of the rail accessories need to be Keymod compatible.  HH6 got me the new BCM Keymod vert grip as a gift and I tried it out today.  You can run it canted forward or rearward.  I tried both and I'm going with rearward for now.  Neat little piece of kit.

It would be perfect for that.  The Mod3 just came out.  Same as mine, no trapdoor (I don't use it anyway) with regular or keymod interface.  And half price...only $19.95.
