I would have broken it down....but I couldn't wait to eat it, I literally couldn't even wait to put fries on my plate for the pic......I took one fry and scooped up the mustard on the plate haha Oh and mustard.....I eat my fries with mustard.....that's how much I like mustard. If I ate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, I would have mustard separating the two! 
Also the burger is over about 1.5" thick....it's completely enveloped in cheddar! |

^I actually used to buy that stuff by the case when I could find it! I loved the potency of the mustard seed in it.
Then one day, it was just too vinegary for me. Really weird how that happened. I had a few jars left but I just didn't like it anymore. Now I'm stuck on the grey poupon Dijon. Love this stuff. |

Conn, nice man, looks good. What's your vino pairing? ETA: Absolute does suck, never understood the hype. It's only good in a dirty martini which sucks too. Vodka is a funny thing in that it should taste like nothing, but often tastes like rubbing alcohol. For martinis I prefer kettle one for its subtle flavor, mixed drinks I like Amsterdam or any high end flavorless if you want to spend money (stoli, goose, ciroc, etc.) |

Were were out at block island trolling. We chartered a boat. Drifters Charters. Captain Richard. He know where the fish are. He has been doing it for over 30 years. He is out of Point Judith Rhode Island. We usually do one Striper and one Blackfish trip a year. My buddy and i fish alot on his boat out of Niantic but once or twice a year we go up there. Been using his services for 7-8 or eight years. Have to book early he always fills up quick.
