1 month +1 and counting,
I am planning on bringing a folding table, camp chairs, assorted meats and I am trying to borrow another ezup canopy for cover. I have a question about bringing ammo as my 9/223/x39 stash is mostly wolf or tula and is anyone adverse to using steel cased in their rifles. I will also be bringing some of my measley collection and I am more than willing to demo for anyone who is interested, S12 w/drum, 24" hbar AR, CW9, M44, and cut 158 topper.

I have no issue with steal cased ammo. But I don't have anything THAT crazy.

They are combat rifles, they better be able to shoot Wolf. The groups may not be sub MOA with it, but they better work.

The only time my AR has ever malfunctioned was with Wolf. 9 shots fired, 9 malfunctions. 'Nuf said.

I was planning on reloading for this. Anybody else loading up their own ammo?

If you are interested I betcha we can figure out what's not working with your rifle. Theres no reason for that sort of failure rate. Wolf is far from perfect but it should make your rifle run. Shoot me an IM with your rifles specs and we'll start with that. I have a pretty ridgid rule that if it won't run on Wolf it's gone. In the mean time let's not clog this thread with ammo debates.

I reload also but am not planning on making special ammo for this shoot. I may buy some so I don't dig into my stash.

I'm in. I'm still bummed that I missed the VT shoot. And i may have another volunteer (if you guys don't mind Coasties ).

I have a bunch of 30-06 stuff i reloaded for my deer rifle, various loads for dialing in purposes.
The FAL is always fun. Or the G3.
Hell, i have a Palmetto State carbine build (that i got in a trade) that I haven't even shot yet.

I'm not sure what I'll be bringing for toys, nothing as fun as what Cookie and Coltsporter have. I was planning on threading the barrel on wesmerc's SAR1 for him and maybe honing his FCG if it needs it. Not sure if he's going to be able to make it though. If anybody else wants that type of stuff done let me know I can bring all of the stuff.

Can't believe I've missed this thread until now. At this point 9th works. I'll probably see some of you at the show in Concord the prior weekend, too.

I think my pants may have gotten a little tighter, if you'll excuse
me.

I shot one of those a few years ago––-very nice. Not that I wasn't looking forward to this but now. Damn.

Looks like a SBS. There's some $$$ in that case just in stamps!

ETA I think between him and colt everybody else will be embarrassed to bring anything.

It certainly looks like a happy lever on the side of the slide.
