I am going to be visiting Oklahoma next week for hunting season.  I am a firefighter in Missouri, is it legal for me to have an OTF knife in Oklahoma?

As of November 1st yes, as long as it's single edge, not double.  The language making automatics illegal was taken out Nov 1 however evil extra deadly double edge knives (dirks, daggers, etc) are still a no-no.
