didn't the Tulsa GJ turn over 4 indictments?
any news about the other 2?

Malfeasance and downright illegal behavior by LE agencies don't get too much coverage in this state. Most agencies have PIOs that are very adept at short circuiting any really deep investigations or unfavorable news reports
. Favors are exchanged to news agencies to cooperate when the agencies don't want bad news to get out.
