yea don`t get me started,had a package come in and they could not find it,turns out it was the the desk RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM THE WHOLE TIME of 2weeks.

Either Priority Mail or UPS, NEVER Mail Innovations. EVER.

The post office sucks HUGE *BLEEP*!!!! They are so absolutely incompetent I'm amazed they can even stay in business. We've had mail carriers not deliver or even check the box for outgoing mail for up to 7 consecutive "working" days. Whether they check the box for outgoing mail or not is still a crap shoot. We started having to hang outgoing mail halfway out the box to see if that would get their attention but, nope, they still only come up if they have mail to deliver.
We've had them pull that same UPS to USPS thing on us countless times. UPS shows it's at the post office down the street where it was handed off to USPS but then it doesn't show up for several more days and you cannot pick it up yourself because they never know where the hell anything is at any given time. THEY SUCK SO BAD!!!! |

Got it today, after it took a little vacation out west it finally came home. The last couple of years that UPS mail innovations has improved substantially, this is the first time I've had a problem with them in a long time. Order placed with Midway on Monday, they shipped it out same day, delivered on Saturday, not the fastest but not bad overall.
Three or four years ago I ordered something that was shipped by UPS mail innovations, it set in a UPS warehouse in (I think) South Dakota for two weeks before they ever got around to mailing it. They aren't bad these days, delivery is usually less than a week total, back then they were awful, taking 2-3 weeks! |
