Sounds like a trigger finger malfunction, the holster and the gun are always blamed first.

Aw yes... Blame the gear. Its always the gun, holster, belt, socks or the color shirt they were wearing..
Never the idiot that didn't have the self discipline to keep their finger off the friggin trigger... Never that.. |

Umm, sorry, but there was more than one person responsible if an instructor was present and it was during a paid instruction period. Being blunt, sounds like there was more than one dummy present. |

It all goes back to the basics, keep your booger hook off the trigger! Having your finger on the trigger when you put it back in the holster is a good way to get a negligent discharge. Notice I said negligent not accidental, having your finger make it negligent, not an accident!

Couldn't agree more, found it interesting that they were able to throw around enough money to keep it completely out of the news. Check out these videos on their website, all the muzzle/leg sweeps and bouncing around (backwards no less) pretty much explain why their students are prone to shooting themselves:

They are posting a vertical video on their website? That's retarded. Why is the instructor in the top video trying to sound like a Marine drill instructor? Compliance is important, but that kind of attitude will run off more people than attract them. You attract bees with sugar not ammonia...

In the military and LE training they do it to get the idjits in line.
