To be clear, it's only ok on private land. Using suppressors on public lands is still prohibited.

Why don't they just make poaching illegal and the bad guys will stop.

Gotta keep people from poaching.

Why don't they just make poaching illegal and the bad guys will stop.


For the same reason that IF they take guns away from honest. law abiding citezens, BAD guys will stop using them as well.
