So much info on the net is pre-2016 changes. I have found a law firm in Texas that does trusts online and you get it minutes later (boiler plate) and has a 4th of July sale at $99. Would like to use a VA law firm, if possible.

Any suggestions?

I used John Pierce for my trust. This was a pre-41F trust but, i would highly recommend him. He walked me through submitting my eform for my sbr. After each stamp came back(1 SBR and 2 silencers) I forwarded a copy of the stamp and he updated my schedule A.

Another big Plus One for John Pierce - not only is he a great guy, but he is always there to answer your questions - not like some lawyers that will talk to you once or twice and then it's an hourly fee.

Use John. For the same price as some faceless out of state law firm you get a real person.

John did mine and he's local. You can call him anytime with questions. Had mine back in 48 hours.

+1 for John

$100 out the door and you have a quality trust in about 2-3 days with a person behind it.  As mentioned above he will update anything on your trust within about 24-48 hours after an email

Not that you need another recommendation for him in this thread but John did mine. He's a great guy.

Sorry guys, I just moved from Virginia to Kentucky a couple of months ago and haven't updated my profile. Can anyone recommend a good trust attorney for Kentucky?

I'd think you'd want to ask the Kentucky folks.

Thanks for the good info. I had no idea it was that affordable to get a trust setup.
