Bluefish. I think people call them Taylor blues.  The big ones will be back in the fall.

That's a good-eatin' size. The bigger ones have that streak of dark meat that pretty much kills it for me.

You can fillet out the bloodline and soak in milk with the bigger ones.

I love making stew from the head/ bones

So take that with some salt ...
