I won't repeat the text of the Alert, 'cuz y'all read 'em too. That said, here's a link to one of the articles provided in the Alert: Katie Couric seeks dismissal of defamation lawsuit filed by Virginia gun-rights group

I am struck by the absence of amici curiae (friend of the court briefs) from advocates of truthful news. NoVa's own Landmard Legal Foundation comes to mind ...

I believe some readers of this forum have friends, acquaintances, or colleagues who could highlight this case with potential advocates ... for possible consideration (not as a solicitation don'cha know).  Reading the summary attributed to Couric's attorneys -- that this doesn't 'qualify as an “odious” or “contemptible” allegation under Virginia law' -- and contrasting it with the regime's current Freudian projections about false news is enough to make one puke.

If the Court should find that the actions of Couric and her coven weren't the equivalent of an “odious” or “contemptible” allegation ... well ... let me just say that propagandists worldwide would leap in glee at the precedent.
