I'm in Gainesville/Warrenton area and looking for a butcher. Want some good fresh meat that is properly cut and trimmed. Costco has been pretty good for me, but looking for some high quality stuff to get on the smoker this summer. Any suggestions?

Blue Ridge Meats in Front Royal is where I go.

Local meat butchered on site.  Great people.

Try Wilsons Meats in Catlet, right off Rt28. They are cash only. No cc.
