Quantico Tactical has transfers for $17 total $15 plus the $2 state fee for the background check. Hassle free and geat customer service if I do say so myself.

Those mentioned are both excellent. And since QT obviously doesn't understand the mentality here, additional same time transfers are only $5 each if I recall.
 Also, NOVA firearms at their news mclean location just to screw with the politicians and locals being dicks. |

Just used Bear Arms LLC in Fairfax. 25 fee no matter the number of firearms. Hypothetically I picked up a bunch of lowers. Good communications too. But yeah gun dude is cool as well.

I just did one at 50 West Armory a few weeks ago. It was a piece of cake, and I don't mind spending a few more bucks to support our local storefronts (and because it is on my way to my kids daycare). It also meant I could shop around some while there.
