WCTLEGUNSMITH (member here) and Jeff @ US Tactical are well known and well respected NOVA guys. There are others, but these two are in NOVA. You can IM WCTLEGUNSMITH or wait until he pops in. 
EDIT: Oh, I saw some of his 1911 work at a get together about a month back, it was top notch. Maybe Bulldog can post a pic? |

I saw those pistols too. I believe they actually had to cut a new notch above the top notch.
