Thanks for everyone who came out.  It was a great event.  I enjoyed seeing old friends (Scott be careful in the ME) and it re-enforced my belief that we have the best customers in the world!



About the BBQ.  Originally I was just going to smoke 10 pork butts, but got worried Friday night that we would run out of food, so stopped by Wal-Mart to get a couple more butts and there was a perfect brisket, so I got that too.    I didn't use our normal rub.  When I was getting the butts at Sam's, they had a new rub with Chipolte and other peppers in it so that is what I used.  It definitely gave the pork a different flavor, I am not sure it was right for pork.
