Long Story Short, I have a New PA10 complete from PSA

The Bolt will not catch on the Bolt Catch. (No Matter how i Try)

I wanted to mate my lower and your upper, and vice versa to try and isolate the issue to the bolt catch, or to the BCG possibly.
I emailed PSA today, so I suspect a response in a  few days...
