Is there any one here from Hampton Roads?  It seems everyone is always in NOVA.  Don't let them think they run the whole state!

Tidewater since '72

Not Hampton Roads.  Tidewater.

Where is Thomas Magnum from?  Tidewater.

Hampton Roads is something Yankee, Hippy, Democrat, Pedophile, New Comers call Tidewater.  Go back to New York.

NoVA?  Pffft.  Southern New York.  They should secede.  Traffic and liberal douchebagues.   That is all there is there.

Turdwater? It's like flyover country on the way to the Outer Banks. You know takeI-i64 to the end and turn at the big, ugly coffee filter arena thingie. They still have shots fired on the VA beach boardwalk during the summer?  Pedophiles, huh? That's funny considering the Tidewater area leads the Commonwealth in Child Porn downloads/file-sharing (no ICAC).

We still have a small blastfest  a few miles from R. V.'s a couple of times a year. Including Tannerite and some full-auto fun.

I would happily sell most parts of NOVA to Maryland or DC. Here you go. You can have all of Alexandria and Arlington, and all of Fairfax other than McLean (which is more conservative and, hey, we need their taxes ).

I grew up in Hampton, went to Newport News High School for 2 years, and finished HS in Gloucester. I see no reason whatsoever to spend any time south of the York River....except maybe for a good seafood dinner at the Duke of York.

Yeah, well, I spent a couple of years stationed at NOB and Dam Neck, and I don't care much for that side of Hampton Roads, either.

Like I said earlier, I'll stay north of the York River. You guys can whoop it up in Shit City all you want.

I purposely drive through the HRBT for 2 things these days: Bass Pro and my Gun Club in Grafton. I always go during the middle of the day and leave to get back through the tunnel before 3pm.

Kenny, I use the M&M to get to the same range, Even the JRB would be quicker than the HRBT. I was going to LGC last week with my State Farm agent, but he had to leave town due to a death in his family. I'll try to get him on a waiting list for membership if they ever start taking membership applications again. I sure miss the family Bar-B-Q's they used to have   , Yes they had Beer too!!

When I was in scouts we used to help park cars and help with clean up. I enjoyed going up there so much that I became a memeber years ago. I have a couple of friends who are trying to get on the waiting list as well.
