Gents,
trying to fill these damn things out for the first time, and have a few questions if anyone can help. If its registered under a trust, do I include the trust name under business form or government entity name? (I know regardless, i include my personal info on the first line as a trustee). Also, what do I put for purpose acquired for (must comply with section 18.2-291)? ALl legal purposes? Any help would be appreciated gents.

If its a under a trust you register it under your name and address, I tried a few years ago and they do not accept trusts under the registration. They want to know who's in control of the item.
