Hands down, Suki's Tailor 1774 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23455 (757) 460-8884. She will do it right there if you beg her to. I've been in the area (military) for 15 years and I don't know a single guy in my community who doesn't take their stuff to her. Cheap, fast and best in the business.
