I'm looking for experts to help value land in that area and the surrounding counties.

I live in Louisa, so do some others on this forum. Where's the land, and how much?

There's only 1 realtor that I know of that's local to Louisa area, and they're terrible. When we bought here we used Jack Samuels Realty in Orange, they were great. http://www.jacksamuels.com/

Louisa is a very long county. If you are tending towards the Charlottesville end, I used Bev Nash. I don't know how effective he would be heading towards the eastern end of the county.

We used ReMax out of Scottsville. I think the agent was Christina?
