This may be Bennie's only open enrollment class in 2014

I have great news Bennie Cooley has agreed to come back to E.V.T.C. this year for another three day advanced class. This class will be one of the few if not the only open enrollment classes on his schedule this year. The majority of his training is contract work provided to L.E.O. and Tier one Military units. Bennie combines the flash and speed of world class competition shooting with cutting edge tactical firearms employment. I have been present when three former Tier one operators who are now instructors were asked who else to train with for carbine and all three recommended Bennie/ C.R.T.C. without hesitation.

This is an advanced three day course with the AR-15 and handgun.
Training day two will feature a night shoot

All shooting techniques are proven, effective and cutting edge.  Each skill learned will be reinforced through a variety of shooting drills developed for effectively deploying the M4/ Handgun during offensive and defensive operations at both C.Q.B. and intermediate ranges against multiple targets.

OBJECTIVES:
•Mental Conditioning
•Human Nature - Each student will be taught about human nature; how to control it and how to use it to gain the advantage over their opponent.  
•Firearms Training - This training will cover the importance of mental conditioning while shooting in both the Subconscious and Conscious State of Mind. It also teaches the importance of understanding the difference between these two.
•Training Barriers –Students will learn how to recognize, correct and overcome their own training barriers, allowing them to reach their full potential.  
•Live-Fire Tactical Team Movement Drills

Additional areas that will be covered are:
?Strong emphasis on advanced moving and shooting techniques from both support and strong side shooting positions.  
?Proper rifle setup to meet the shooter’s primary objectives.
?Precision shooting drills from static shooting positions, including supported and unsuported
?Advanced shooting skills for engaging multiple targets at CQB and short-range distances.  
?Advanced Immediate Action Drills to include Class 1-7 malfunctions.
?Advanced techniques for engaging moving targets at close to intermediate ranges.
?Tactical and speed reloading drills, when and how to do each.
?Firearms transitions and engagements.
?Advanced disarming, retention and striking drill skills.
?Students will also learn how to monitor their personal shooting techniques while on the range and how to identify problem areas.
Class costs:

C.R.T.C. Inc. fee: $525.00 Visa/MasterCard, Department PO, personal/department check
             A $200.00 deposit or department PO is required to reserve/hold your slot
             
Range fee: $175.00 per student. Covers range rental, steel targets, paper targets, paint, barricades. Range fee will be collected on site eight a.m. on training day one.
