So the plumbing in my house has made the decision of how I'll be spending my tax return This will be the first major plumbing repair I've needed, so I'm planning to request quotes from several outfits.  Can anyone on here recommend a good plumber in the NoVA area?  This isn't emergency work, so I'm trying to cast a wide net.  Thanks.

Not sure what you're having done.  My house is about 35 years old and these guys do all my AC and Plumbing work.  Always done right the first time.

These guys have been good to me for plumbing and HVAC work. Not the cheapest but reasonable. Their work to date has been outstanding and the techs are easy to work with. I would recommend getting a quote at least. http://alltechservicesinc.com
