For tourist food joints:

Catch 31 and Mahi Mah's. Both on the oceanfront with seating out doors on the boardwalk

For good seafood, go to Surfrider on Newtown Rd. between VA Beach Blvd and 264. Not on the water, but damn good seafood.

My favorite place in VA Beach.

The cop hate here amazes me...kind of reminds me how many people label gun owners as nut jobs because of the actions of a few.

I have been to Chicks twice, first time was awesome , second time was decent I would just chalk up the second one to an off night.

Catch 31 is always good, but another cool place is called "Eat - An American Bistro"

I was sure surprised. Very good place

"Why carry a .45?". The Ranger responded with, "Because they don't make a .46."

I enjoyed Surfrider. There are a few locations but the one on the water in VB seems to be the best. You're actually sitting on the dock.

Ended up going to Mahi mahs. it was good but i was hoping for all you can eat crab legs.

Almost got kicked out. I wasnt feeling well (18 holes of golf in 100deg heat will do that) and i had my head down at the bar. Apparently thats a big no-no..
